Prior to joining Shine, Rebekah practiced primarily in commercial litigation & dispute resolution, acting on behalf of large corporations. She also specialised in providing strategic guidance to clients facing challenges with trademark applications, particularly in overcoming refusals raised by IP Australia. Additionally, her expertise extends to global trademark portfolio management, ensuring clients' intellectual property rights are protected and maximised on a global scale. “Working in class actions has provided me with the opportunity to work on a larger scale matter that is essentially making a difference to many people in need. It has enabled me to bring my passion of helping people access justice after they have been wronged” Rebekah studied a Bachelor of Laws at the University of New England and was admitted as a lawyer in 2021.
