Dilnesha is a solicitor working in Shine’s Class Actions practice, based in Melbourne. Prior to joining Shine Lawyers, Dilnesha gained extensive experience as a personal injury and insurance lawyer. In her role as a personal injury lawyer, she managed a diverse portfolio of claims, including WorkCover, TAC, medical negligence, public liability, and superannuation cases. Before being admitted as a solicitor, Dilnesha built a strong foundation in the legal field through her work as a legal assistant and paralegal in class actions. Dilnesha is passionate about obtaining justice for those who have suffered loss at the hands of large multinational corporations or institutions.
