Tamara has a passion for helping people when they are going through a difficult and emotionally tumultuous time in their lives. Dedication to this cause led her to firstly pursue a career in nursing, then switching to law as she wanted to be an advocate for those who otherwise may not have been able to access justice.
Tamara’s primary area of practice is Personal Injury Law, which includes helping people to access the compensation needed to get their lives back on track after a motor vehicle accident, incident at work or in a public place. Her nursing background allows her to read and easily understand medical terminology related to her client’s case, and identify the relevance of any pre-existing injuries to help make the strongest claim for her clients.
Tamara completed a Bachelor of Nursing at Queensland University of Technology followed by a graduate program at Logan Hospital. At the hospital, she picked up valuable skills in communication, critical thinking and working under pressure. She then went on to complete a Bachelor of Laws (Honours) before being admitted in to practice.
