In the community, Ron has volunteered at Springvale Monash Legal Service (SMLS), Youth Support and Advocacy Service (YSAS) in Dandenong and the Australian Indian Innovations Incorporated (AIII), a not-for-profit that organises Australian-Indian festivities throughout Melbourne.
