As the General Manager of Victoria, Rachel draws on her extensive experience in personal injury law to lead our teams of claim experts in achieving justice for our clients. In her career spanning over 20 years, she has gained significant financial outcomes for her clients who were injured while at work, on the road, in a public place and in general insurance claims.
Rachel’s experience seeking the outcomes that matter most to her clients, her legal savvy and unique skill set has seen her recognised on several occasions by the independent Doyles Guide. She is also one of few Victorian practitioners to be recognised for her expertise across multiple areas of compensation law.
Rachel is qualified with a Bachelor and a Master of Laws and has been admitted to practice in Victoria, New South Wales and the High Court. She is also a Graduate of the Australian Institute of Directors.
Throughout her career, Rachel has advocated for the rights of everyday Australians through her work on various committees, contributions to amendments to legislation and working to improve access to justice. Rachel currently serves on the WorkSafe Legal Liaison Operations and Strategy Committees.
An active part of her local community, Rachel has served on community Boards for many years and is committed to working with and assisting her local community of Geelong. She is also a fortnightly columnist at the Geelong Advertiser, where she writes about her work, community and family.
