Minaali is a Senior Solicitor with Shine Lawyers’ Abuse Law practice. She has broad legal experience, having worked in-house for a large company and in India for NGO’s, schools, corporate entities, and the Australian High Commission.  

Minaali’s return to Australia saw her working in medical negligence. She gained considerable experience in managing high value claims against hospitals, clinics, and other health care providers. Her broad experience in Australia and India have helped Minaali develop the legal and communication skills she’s now known for in Shine’s Abuse Law team.  

With university qualifications in law and psychology, Minaali has both legal expertise and a deep understanding of her clients’ situations.
