Malcolm has over two decades’ experience as a personal injury lawyer. He has senior level, broad based injury management experience across various personal injury practice areas, including in workers’ compensation and TAC claims. 

Malcolm is a Legal Practice Manager and Special Counsel with Shine Lawyers’ personal injury practice, based in our Sunshine branch. 

Malcolm has over twenty years’ experience as a personal injury lawyer, including as an office leader with another major national personal injury and compensation law firm. He has senior level, broad based practice experience in injury management and in developing policy and litigation strategy, including in:
