“My clients have often been through some of the worst things imaginable. I pride myself in being able to give them a voice; ensuring their stories are heard and helping them to get the justice they so rightly deserve.”

Hailing from the UK, Jess now brings her 15 years of mastery in personal injury law to our Newcastle team.

Jess specialises in helping survivors of abuse to seek the acknowledgement, restitution and compensation they deserve, as well as people who have been injured while at work, on the road or in a public place.

Jess is not someone who shies away from a challenge – after spending a decade as a personal injury lawyer, she embarked on a new quest: taking the fight to public authorities who failed in their duties.

During this time her focus was primarily abuse cases and holding public authorities to account for historical abuse matters, negligence and human rights.

While this was initially a steep learning curve, Jess believes this work has shaped her as a lawyer as it allowed her to hone her craft and empower her clients who may have otherwise gone unheard.
