Based in our Helensvale branch, Hayley is an Associate who specialises in Brain Injury Compensation Claims. Along with our dedicated Head Trauma Claims team, Hayley helps clients who have sustained brain injuries resulting in complex neurological and psychological symptomatology to access the compensation and support they deserve.

Hayley is driven to ensure that each of her clients obtains the right compensation for their injuries in the hope of making their future safe and secure. She also works tirelessly to ensure that insurance companies are educated about the symptoms our clients experience post-injury that often get overlooked.

Hayley has been a part of the legal industry for over 13 years, starting as a legal secretary at a firm in Melbourne, and then working as a solicitor upon completing her Bachelor of Laws, from which she graduated with Honours. She was admitted to the Supreme Court in 2014 and in 2019 was admitted to the High Court of Australia.

Prior to focusing on Brain Injury Compensation Claims, Hayley practised in Personal Injury Law, Wills & Estates Law, Family Law and Criminal Law.
