Emily Wilson

Emily has great compassion for and commitment to her clients, and sensitively works to achieve the best outcome for them. 

Emily gained her law degree from Charles Darwin University and started her legal career working in criminal law in the Northern Territory. She was drawn to practise law to help clients at a vulnerable and challenging time in their lives.  

Emily moved to Shine in Darwin and then to our Sydney and Parramatta branches, as part of the Abuse Law team. Emily acts for individuals seeking compensation for historical child abuse claims against large organisations, insurance companies and government departments. 

Known for her client-first approach and her ability to build early rapport, Emily works transparently to manage expectations through her clients’ claims.
