Daniel is a determined and empathetic Special Counsel with Shine Lawyers' Medical Law team. Based in Melbourne, Daniel leads Shine’s medical negligence practice in Victoria.
Daniel is a recognised and award-winning lawyer. He’s a Law Institute of Victoria Accredited Specialist in Personal Injury Law and was named in the Doyle’s Guide of Leading Medical Negligence Compensation Lawyers (Plaintiff) in 2021, 2023 and 2024.
Over a decade, Daniel has gained extensive experience in all aspects of medical law. His clients’ cases have included birth trauma, catastrophic birth injury, coronial inquests, delay in diagnosis of illness or cancer, surgical injuries, medication errors and failures in psychiatric care.
Daniel ensures he listens carefully to each client, so he understands their story and the case outcomes that are important to them. He has strong attention to detail, excellent negotiation skills and ensures his clients are kept informed of their claim every step of the way.
