“I do everything I can to ensure that my clients have the most thorough, but also most time and cost-effective representation available to them.”
Empathetic and compassionate, Claire is a Law Clerk in our Abuse Law practice who is committed to helping survivors of abuse to secure the acknowledgement, compensation and restitution they deserve.
Many of the clients Claire works with have never dealt with civil litigation before seeking help to receive compensation for the abuse perpetrated against them.
Claire understands how overwhelming this can be and tailors her approach to ensure her client’s needs are met.
She takes great care to ensure each client understands the claim process and can navigate the legal system efficiently.
Claire is currently studying a Bachelor of Laws through Deakin University and looks forward to her admission to the legal profession as a lawyer.
