“My commitment and determination drive me to go to the greatest lengths to secure my client the win they deserve.”
Abuse law
An advocate for his clients who may not have otherwise had a voice, Christopher pushes boundaries, champions change to unfair legal precedents and takes on cases that others have deemed ‘too hard’.
Driven, experienced and an ‘out of the box’ thinker, Christopher has been fighting for the rights of injured clients for over 20 years and doesn’t stop until they secure the outcome they deserve.
In addition to his distinguished legal experience, Christopher is a qualified Personal Trainer and GP Referral Practitioner. These qualifications have given Christopher an enhanced understanding of anatomy, physiology and recovery/rehabilitation which he applies to the legal advice and strategy he provides to each client.
An advocate for his clients who may not have otherwise had a voice, Christopher pushes boundaries, champions change to unfair legal precedents and takes on cases that others have deemed ‘too hard’.
A couple of his career highlights include:
Securing his client over $600,000 in compensation after they had originally been turned away from other firms because the respondent refused compliance.
Appealing his clients’ partial win in order to seek a better result – Christopher used his understanding of a complex legal concept to secure his client a 100% win after a very experienced Judge erred and only awarded 60%
“I pride myself on this result as it takes bravery and commitment to appeal what was essentially a win [in spite of the risks of a much worse result] in order to obtain a better result for my client.”
