Celebrating a decade in legal practice, Brielle is an experienced and dedicated advocate for her medical law clients, helping them secure life-changing financial compensation.
Brielle is a Senior Associate in Shine Lawyers’ medical negligence practice. She is primarily based in our Wollongong branch and works occasionally in Sydney.
Brielle has over a decade of legal experience, including as a practice leader. She has represented and advocated for clients in all areas of personal injury law but has found her passion in medical negligence.
Brielle is client-focused, empathetic, thorough, and efficient. She has achieved multiple and significant (eight-figure) financial settlements for her clients, which have helped secure their future quality of life.
Brielle was part of Shine Lawyers’ response to NSW parliament’s inquiry into health outcomes and access to health and hospital services in rural, regional, and remote NSW. With medical law colleagues, Brielle:
Visited several regional NSW communities to offer free, private legal consultations
Met with community members in regional NSW, providing advice in relation to medical malpractice
Worked tirelessly to support each client, ensuring they understood their legal entitlements
