Free Information Sessions for the NT Stolen Wages Class Action

About the free information sessions  

The Commonwealth Government has agreed to pay up to $202 million (including costs) to settle the class action for Stolen Wages in the Northern Territory (subject to the Court saying that the settlement is fair and reasonable).  

Shine Lawyers will hold free, drop-in information sessions throughout the Northern Territory from September 2024 to August 2025.  

The sessions will provide you with the opportunity to speak to the lawyers running the NT Stolen Wages Class Action and ask any questions about the settlement or the registration process.

To be considered for compensation money from the class action settlement, you must register for the class action settlement before 31 August 2025. To register, you can:
