The Opportunity
  
As our Marketing Coordinator, you’ll support our progressive and authentic firm as we right wrong. Reporting to the Marketing Lead – Class actions and based in our Brisbane CBD head office in a hybrid working pattern, you’ll be responsible for supporting the delivery of marketing and business development strategies within our class actions practice.
  
You’ll support the design, planning, and execution of strategic marketing and communications programs within the class actions portfolio. This includes launching new class actions to market through targeted omni-channel campaigns, managing end-to-end email communications to engage and inform clients, coordinating business development events that strengthen relationships, and oversee essential administrative duties to ensure seamless execution of marketing initiatives.
  
You’ll also gain hands-on experience across our marketing function, including writing and updating website copy, supporting our paid digital advertising team on campaigns in market, assisting our SEO specialist with keyword research and working closely with our graphic designer on collateral and marketing materials.
  
Please note, while this role is a full time, 19 month contract until December 2026, opportunities for extension or permanency exist for the right candidate.
  
Here’s how you’ll help us stay ahead of the pack:

• Support the planning and execution of marketing and business development programs spanning brand, acquisition, advocacy and client experience
• Ensure accurate and efficient deployment of marketing campaigns to briefs and timelines
• Own the communication channels with our clients, including managing the approval process with key stakeholders, and executing eDM sends and post send reporting
• Assist with firm-wide event planning, coordination and execution
• Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure all marketing tactics move quickly and efficiently through build and approval processes
• Demonstrate commitment to upholding the firm's core values and behavioral standards
• Assist with general administrative duties including invoicing, budget-tracking, content proofing and reporting
• Provide support (administrative or other) for other marketing functions as directed by your manager  

• Previous experience in a marketing or communications role
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with keen attention to detail
• Experience with content development for client communications
• Demonstrated experience executing end-to-end email marketing campaigns, ideally within marketing automation platforms
• Event coordination experience
• Basic Excel skills, and capability across the Office suite
• Well-developed interpersonal skills to build relationships both internally and externally
• A strong work ethic and the initiative to be proactive and drive adherence to deadlines
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Tertiary qualifications in marketing, management, business, communications or similar are highly desirable, but not essential for success
• Salesforce exposure is highly desirable, but not required
